Organising an event at Lappeenranta libraries

An open or closed event can be organised at any library.

When you organise an event open to everyone, the library often gives you the space free of charge. Renting a space for a closed event is almost always subject to a fee.

Please note that not all local libraries in Lappeenranta have good facilities for organising large events. The main library has the best conditions to organise events for more than ten people.

When booking a room, it is possible to get audio equipment and a video projector depending on where the event takes place.

Requirements

The library reserves the right to prohibit or cancel events that are illegal or in bad taste.
