Information desk

The information desk in Lappeenranta’s main library helps customers in the use of the library’s services and in information retrieval. This includes searching for and reserving the necessary material. Typical requests for information retrieval concern, for example, literature, articles or individual information as well as music and films. The library also provides guidance on the use of the library’s e-services and various devices and software, information retrieval, the basic use of the library’s computers and scanners and the use of digital workshop equipment.
