WINTERSPORTS
General information about wintersports
Remeber, that wintersports is only enjoyable, if you have the right and dry clothing!
Shoes with good soles or studded shoes are important to avoid falling!
Its´important to keep your head warm, not to lose a lot of body heat.
Dress several layers, and remeber that the wind can make the air feel a lot colder.
However, wintersports makes you warm, it´s fun and gives a lot of energy!

Sports peer groups for men
These group offer support for starting a more active lifestyle.
The classes include workout, muscle toning, floorball and volleyball. The classes are held in Kourula, Kahilanniemi and Huhtiniemi.
