Cadastral procedure and plot subdivision application
The City of Lappeenranta takes care of parcelling properties and other cadastral procedures in the area of the detailed plan. In Joutseno, Ylämaa and Nuijamaa, parcelling is carried out by the National Land Survey of Finland, with the exception of areas where plan changes have been made after the municipal mergers.
