The Imatra service point is open on weekdays at 9.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00.
Documents may be left in the mailbox located in the main entry.
Meetings with the responsible experts according to the scheduled appointment.
When visiting the lobby service without an appointment, you may
- register as the customer in case you have no access to the Job Marker e-services,
- submit a contact request for your responsible expert,
- receive general information and guidance on the employment services and digital tools,
- notify the employment authority of the changes in your job search or contact information,
- notify the employment authority of the job or training offers.
Immigration and Integration, Imatra service point
At the Imatra service point, we provide guidance and advice for immigrants. Services available without an appointment on Mondays and Wednesdays from 13:00 to 15:30.
Residents arrived to and living in the South Karelia may receive information, advice and support related to integration and living in Finland. You can also book an appointment if your matter requires more time or an interpreter.
Our services are free of charge and confidential for all customers and they are provided also with the International House South Karelia -activities.
