In addition to the main library, Lappeenranta City Library includes local libraries in Joutseno, Sammonlahti, Lauritsala, Ylämaa, Pontus and Korvenkylä. All local libraries also operate as self-service libraries. This means that customers can log in to the library using their library card and PIN code during designated self-service hours when no staff are present. The library also has a mobile library, Willitys, which serves the city area.
