Lauritsala sports centre
The Lauritsala sports centre has a running track suitable for athletics, as well as jumping and throwing stations. In addition to an athletics field, the sports centre has grass and artificial turf fields for football and throwing sports. The sports centre also has an outdoor gym, and outdoor tennis court, a beach volley court and an illuminated jogging trail lined with disc golf baskets. In winter, there is an ice hockey rink in Lauritsala’s lower field and an ice skating track in the upper field. The jogging trail serves as an illuminated ski trail.
The sports centre and fields are opened for summer use once the weather permits.
Lauritsala in summer:
- lower field/artificial turf 65 x 100 m
- grass field 60 x 100 m
- beach volleyball court
- hard tennis court
Athletics field:
- 400 m round track, 4 lanes, 6 lanes on the front straight, Novotan CC coating
- jumping and throwing stations
Lauritsala in winter:
- ice hockey rink in the lower field
- 400 m ice skating track in the upper field
- illuminated 1.4-km ski trail
