Lappeenranta Swimming Hall’s rental saunas
Lappeenranta Swimming Hall has 2 rental sauna facilities, which are rented out for meetings and/or swimming.
Rental sauna 1 (fireplace room)

Birthday parties at a rental sauna
The rental saunas are good places to host birthday parties. Each reservation is for 2 hours, including the possibility for the participants to swim. Please remember oversight in the pool area: the group must have 1 lifeguard/5 children. You can bring your own catering to the sauna or order it from the cafeteria of the swimming hall (Visalle Oy).
Instructions for sauna renters
- The group must have its own lifeguard(s) in the pool area. There must be at least 2 lifeguards/10 children. 3 lifeguards are required if there are more than 10 children, and so on.
- The lifeguards should not swim themselves.
- The lifeguard is responsible for the activities of their group in the swimming hall and for ensuing compliance with the swimming hall rules.
- The swimming hall lifeguard is responsible for public safety.
Key rules of the swimming hall
- Before entering the pool, wash yourself without a swimsuit on, rinse your hair or wear a swimming cap. Tie up long hair.
- Acceptable swimwear: swimsuits, swim pants, swim shorts or bikinis made of swimsuit fabric.
- Do not wear swimwear in the sauna.
- Do not take photos or video in the pool room.
- Do not run in the swimming hall.
- Use the slide one at a time and feet first according to the traffic lights.
- Do not dive with diving equipment (snorkel, fins) or swim without the permission of the lifeguard.
- The staff have the right to remove a person or group from the swimming hall if they break the rules, behave inappropriately or endanger safety.
Observe special caution when using the diving pool
- People using the diving pool must be able to swim without aids (floats, etc.).
- Before diving, check that nobody else is about to dive from other diving platforms.
- Diving from the diving platforms is done one at a time after making sure that the previous diver is out of the way.
- Always dive forwards and swim toward the nearest edge of the pool or the steps.
- Do not remain submerged in the diving pool.
