Huhtiniemi artificial snow track
The Huhtiniemi artificial snow ski trail is 1.4 km long and illuminated. The ski trail is illuminated at 6.00–23.00. In the 2023–2024 season, the ski trail opens 25.11.
The restricted ski trail section is reserved for the ski school on Wednesdays at 18.00–19.00, but the shorter trail section for fitness skiers is open even then. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the Lappeen Riento junior training group uses the ski trail for training at 18.00–19.30. The track is busy but open for all.
The latest update of maintenance information is valid until a new update is made.
The voluntary seasonal fee for the artificial snow ski trail starting 1.10.2024 is €25. You can pay by bank transfer to the City of Lappeenranta, account number: FI16 5620 0920 0036 95. In the bank transfer, enter “Ensilumenlatu” and your name in the message field. You can also find the bank transfer instructions in a signboard next to the track at the beginning of the season.
