Forms and Document Submission
On the Forms page, you can find forms intended for jobseekers, employers, service providers and stakeholders of the South Karelia Employment Area. Electronic forms provide a secure way to submit information and documents to the Employment Area. Some forms require strong electronic identification, such as mobile ID. You can access the Employment Area's own online forms by clicking the "Go to e-services" link. National online forms can be found in connection with the description of each service.
You can submit documents to the Employment Area electronically, by visiting a service point, or by mail.
Submitting Documents Electronically Using the Contact Form
- You can send a message or submit documents electronically using the contact form. The general contact form can be found on the E-services page. It is a secure way to submit documents to the Employment Area.
- Secure contact forms intended for employers and entrepreneurs can be found in connection with the description of each service.
- Do not send personal data or other confidential information by regular email.
Secure Email
You can use Secure Email to send protected messages and attachments to the South Karelia Employment Area if you are unable to use the Job Market Finland E-services. A link to Secure Email is available through the contact form when you select "Submitting Documents" as the subject of your contact.
Submitting Documents at Service Points
You can leave documents at the following service points:
- Imatra Service Point, Tainionkoskentie 70
- Lappeenranta Suomi Service Point, Villimiehenkatu 2 B
Documents can be handed to the reception staff or placed in a return box.
