Voisalmi Library
The new Voiska building in Voisalmi will be constructed on the site of the current school and library building. Demolition of the old building will begin at the start of 2026. Because the existing building will be torn down, Voisalmi Library will have to close temporarily starting at the beginning of November. Voisalmi Library will next open once the Voiska building is completed. The schedule of the Willitys mobile library will be updated at the turn of the year, and new stops will be added in the Voisalmi area to replace the local library’s services. We encourage residents in the area to use Jouko to reach other branches of the city library as well.
