At the heart of the project are Frugal Living Labs, where residents, associations, businesses and municipalities work together to develop new circular economy solutions.

The Living Labs will organise activities such as:

• repair workshops
• clothing and item swap events
• pilots for lending and sharing services
• training sessions and workshops
• Frugal Fest public events.
