The development project seeks and creates good practices for low-carbon everyday life in rural areas to be shared as a model for others. The project develops pilots that enable the emergence of a new type of low-carbon business activity to increase the vitality of rural areas.
The development project, implemented by the Imatra Regional Environmental Agency and the Lappeenranta Regional Environmental Agency, started in March 2020 and lasted until the end of 2022. Funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
