Welcome to the Creative Connection -workshop, where movement, presence, and art come together! Workshop will be held on Sunday, October 4th, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Galleria Pihatto, Valtakatu 80.
There are four Creative Connection- workshops held throughout the year, each themed around a season. The theme of the third workshop is autumn. We will generate bodily warmth through movement and tap into our inner strength through presence.
After the movement session, we will paint the autumnal moods that emerged during the movement and imagery exercises. The workshop is free of charge and lasts approximately three hours. Please bring your own yoga mat and comfortable clothing. No prior experience in movement or art is required to participate.
