Event Area and Key Activities

The event info is open from 10 am to 11 pm. The first aid station is open throughout the event.

You can find water stations at Katariina Square. Remember to bring your own bottle.

There are no separate area for serving alcoholic beverages.

Toilets are available on-site. Accessible toilets are also provided.

Accessibility

Efforts have been made to make the area as accessible as possible. The performance stage areas are accessible. Kristiinankatu has cobblestones, which should be taken into consideration.

Accessible parking spaces are reserved inside the fortress.

Safety

Event security is provided by stewards wearing yellow safety vests and soldiers in military uniforms. Other event staff can be identified by Staff badges. 
In case of harassment during the event, please feel free to contact stewards, the information point, or event harassment contact Hanna Veteli at 040 647 5252. 
In case of emergency, immediately contact emergency services at 112 and event staff.

Etiquette

Please familiarize yourself with these guidelines to ensure a comfortable event day:

• Bringing your own food is allowed. 
• Please leave alcoholic beverages, umbrellas, glass bottles, and pets at home.
• Respect private residences within the area. Avoid using residential terrace areas, for example.
• Respect fellow event attendees. If you encounter or witness harassment, please report it to the event harassment contact, stewards, or other event staff by contacting the information point.
• Please support the sustainability of the event by recycling your waste in designated recycling bins. Bio, plastic, cardboard and energy waste collection points are available, especially near food stalls. Follow recycling guidelines, thank you!
• The event area is smoke-free.
• There are no designated area for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Please bring any lost items to the event’s info point.

Traffic Arrangements

We kindly ask you to arrive at the event area on foot, by bicycle, or by public transportation.

We will arrange a supervised bicycle park at the edge of the event area. Please do not cycle within the event area.

You can find the easiest public transportation route for you here: reittiopas.lappeenranta.fi  Just set your destination to Linnoitus, Lappeenranta, and you will get suggestions for the best routes!

If you arrive by car, we recommend leaving your car in the parking areas along Satamatie or in the city center to avoid congestion. Please follow the traffic regulations for parking. Parking within the Linnoitus area is reserved only for disabled parking.

The bicycle park and accessible parking are visible on the map.

Please do not walk through private yards of the fortifications or the Kehruuhuone yard area.
