Resident satisfaction survey of the City of Lappeenranta’s communications
The City of Lappeenranta is enquiring about residents’ views on how the city’s communications reach them and how they could be improved – the survey in English is open until 31 March 2023
The City of Lappeenranta surveys the residents’ views on how the city currently reaches them with its communications and what are the residents’ wishes and needs for the development of the city’s communications. At the same time, the survey asks for views on how successful the city has been in communicating about the coronavirus situation.
A similar communications survey was conducted in Finnish at the end of 2022, and the current survey is an English-language counterpart. In the future, it will be possible to answer the communications surveys in Finnish and English at the same time, and the next survey will take place in late 2023.
The current English-language communications survey is open until 31 March 2023.
It can be answered online or by filling in a paper form at Customer Service Centre Winkki at the City Hall, at the city’s tourist information centre in IsoKristiina shopping centre and at Momentti, the multilingual guidance and counselling centre.
The respondents can also take part in a prize draw to win a €100 gift card for city services.
The results of the survey will be used to develop the city’s communication practices, methods and content, as well as emergency and crisis communication.
